Traditionally, the Vennlauf takes place for the 43rd time on the edge of the High Fens.

Everyone can take on a challenge here: for the little ones there are children's races over 300 m, 1.1 km and 2 km.
The main races are contested over distances of 4.3 km, 10 km and 21 km, with the 10 km route also being offered for (Nordic) walkers.
Those who prefer a more leisurely approach can enjoy the beautiful nature in the high moor landscape of the German-Belgian nature reserve on a guided hike.
A great atmosphere with a large cafeteria, bouncy castle and face painting awaits all finishers and visitors on the village square in Mützenich.
